Holiday cocktails from Sobieski

The holidays are almost here ! Woohoo :)
I'm sure you are expecting some guests these days, so the mixologist Shawn Barker gives some very nice cocktail recipes for you and your friends at this holy days using Sobieski's new product - Sobieski Vanilia.


Sobieski Red Velvet


From Blush Cocktails



Ingridients :
½ oz Blackberry Puree
½ oz Dark Chocolate Liqueur
1 Scoop Vanillia Ice Cream (must be soft)
3 Slices of Muddled Ginger
Crushed Biscotti Garnish


Preparation: Shake mixture 15 to 20 times in a cocktail shaker. Pour, garnish and serve.

Caramel Apple Martini

From Blush Cocktails

Ingridients :
1 ½ oz Sobieski Vanilia Vodka
¾ oz Apple Schnapps
½ oz Sweet and Sour
Splash Lemon/Lime soda
Caramel Garnish

Preparation : Shake mixture 15 to 20 times in a cocktail shaker. Pour, garnish and serve. My advice here is to add a little cinnamon or you can substitute with a few drops of Goldshlager it will become more fancy :)
