Hot coffee mixed drinks for the long cold days

It's in the middle of December and the weather is quite cold around this part of the world, which I live in. I'm sitting on the bus stop and waiting for the bus. I'm deadly freezing and some snowflakes are dancing around me, exalting this chilling sensation. I'm thinking only for one thing, one thing and only one - something hot for drinking. No I don't want a tea ... I want something more tasteful, more elegant, more special, something that will not only warm my body, but my soul too. The thing that comes on my mind is a hot, well roasted, freshly ground, strong coffee mixed with some of the finest and sophisticated spirits and liqueurs. This thoughts make me feels happy and warm, soon I'll be in a bar with my friends drinking hot-well-made-coffee cocktails and this cold memory will be far far away behind :) Okay here are the recipes for this wonderful drinks.

The pioneer : Irish Coffee
Little history : The old books says that Irish Coffee made its debut somewhere in 1940s and was conceived by Joseph Sheridan. He invented it for a group of tourists in one cold winter night.

Irish Coffee (My recipe. If you wanna see the IBA's one go to theirs website)
80-100 ml of hot espresso
40 ml Jameson's Irish Whiskey (or use whatever you like)
brown sugar
fresh cream

Preparation : Here it's the tricky part :P Pour the whiskey in a Irish coffee mug with the sugar then heat it up and set it on fire it will burn part of the alcohol and will leave a nice aroma. Then pour the coffee and on top layer cream (before that if you want you can whip it a little to become more fluffy). Drink the hot coffee through the cold cream with a straw. Enjoy :)

Bailey's Coffee
100 ml of hot espresso
40 ml Baileys Irish Cream
fresh cream
chocolate shavings

Preparation : Pour the Baileys in a Irish coffee mug, then the hot espresso. On top
layer the cream (and again you can whip it if you want). Shave chocolate on top. Drink with a straw.

French Coffee
100 ml of hot espresso
10ml of Brandy
5-10 ml Cointreau
5-10 ml Grand Marnier

Preparation : Pour everything in a Irish coffee mug. Layer the cream on top. Drink with a straw.

Cappuccino Mafioso (my favorite)
40 ml of hot espresso
60 ml of milk
10 ml chocolate syrup (For best taste and result use ... advertisers look here...)
20 ml Advocaat

Preparation : This one looks awesome when you prepare the right way.
1. Froth the milk and set aside to let the milk and the foam separates
2. In Irish coffee mug pour the chocolate syrup
3. Layer the Advocaat using a spoon on top of the chocolate syrup
4. Using a spoon slowly pour the milk on top of the Advocaat using the spoon to prevent the foam going in the glass
5. Take the milk foam with the spoon and put it on top the milk
6. Veeery slowly pour the coffee through the milk foam and if you did everything correctly it must stays between the milk and the foam
7. The result will be one sophisticated looking cocktail. Brown (the chocolate syrup), yellow (the Advocaat), white (milk), brown (the coffee), and white again (the milk foam). Drink with a straw.

And remember you can always add a kick to the drink by your taste like maraschino cherries, cinnamon sticks, chocolate sticks, you can make some art on top of the cream and so much much much more :)
