It was one hell of night yeah ! A night full with classy bars, mellow cocktails, sexy girls and people who were having a wonderful time ! There in one of the bars was a Jameson promotion and yes Jameson is The Brand - the ultimate Irish whiskey which perfectly blend in some of the most tastiest and elegant cocktails leading to a perfect party time. I'll share you one of my favourite recipe which my bartending teacher told me when I was still in the bartending academy. And especially the girls love that concoction (if you make it right and of course if you are conducive to the lady). Okay here it is : 40-50 ml Jameson
15-20 ml Kahlua (or Tia Maria)
60- 100 ml Apple Juice (It depends if you want a long drink)
Prep : Stir everything in a mixing glass to cool it down. Serve over 3-4 ice cubes in a Highball or a Collins glass. Garnish with an apple slice (or use your imagination you can cut almost everything from an apple) and a maraschino cherry.
